it is GORGEOUS outside... mostly clear and just pretty... despite the freezing temperatures and the even more freezing, whipping, crazy winds.
about 15 minutes ago i decided that i deserved a second cup o' tea. while i was waiting for the nuker, i stood at the window, just watching.... it's beautiful and clear... the oquirrhs and antelope island look BEAUTIFUL. it looks as if it's snowing, and snow is even accumulating on the pavement.. but it's not snowing.. the wind is blowing so hard that all the snow on the rooftops are being picked up and swirled around... i likey... 'twas like i was in a snow globe.
after a few minutes of appreciating i went to get my hot water for ze tea, and not shockingly, spilled almost boiling water all over my left hand. nice. i've got a really pretty patch of pink to prove it.
i'm so glad it's friday...

yes, snow globe. i felt like a fixture in one, too, today. see my blog pics. that's me in the snow-sea, enjoying the scenery. cold. . . but got the blood to flow through my body.
glad to hear you saw so much beauty.
i took a personal leave from work today to take in the day. and yes, it was beautiful.
