i've taken 2 pills today, both needed, not in a crying at my desk kind of way, but in a take me if you don't want to lose it in 15 kind of way. yeah, i heeded that warning - TWICE. and as a result, i am calm. hooray. (that was a very lackluster hooray, but hooray nonetheless.)
